The friends that supported me through the worst parts of my depression. I have very few of them left and they mean the world to me. I feel strange talking about the things I do, though. Not sure why. Suffice it to say that I'm a firm believer in "do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Oh wow, that looks great! 😂

I have the strength and endurance for jump rope, no problem. I just...can't seem to find my rhythm 😅 Longest I've gone without tripping up is maybe 45 seconds?

I fell into 16:8 by accident. My energy levels were now consistent, my appetite was always under control, and I was losing weight at a slightly accelerated rate. I didn't even know what IF was until about a month later. It definitely explained the boost I got in such a short time frame.

So far, so good. 😁 It looked like it was starting to spread to my lungs (regular CT scans of my chest showed growing nodules) but once I started this health journey, they slowly vanished before reaching the point of requiring a biopsy. Whatever it actually was, I'm just glad I won't have to deal with it anymore

Wild-caught Alaskan Salmon, pasture raised eggs, bacon, avocado, and green beans sautéed in bacon fat. Somehow eating this way has led to 135+ lbs of fat loss 😁

Oh, and I'm currently able to run at least 2 miles (in about 20 minutes), so I'm obviously improving. So much for the permanent brace and cane. 😅

I eat twice a day, most of my calories go to breakfast. I really just eat a bunch of food. 4 to 6 eggs, bunch of bacon, salmon, chicken breast, avocado, butter, ground beef, cheese, tons of green vegetables, etc. The only things I don't eat is grains and sugar (including fruit). No prepackaged foods or snacks, diet this or…

Quite a bit of PT for several months. I basically had to learn how to walk again and had to wear a brace. I was told that the brace would more than likely be permanent and was also advised to always carry a walking cane of some sort. As you can see, my ankle was doing some very strange things. There were no specific…

I leave all sugar and sweets strictly for my one cheat day. Refined carbs/sugars are definitely a trigger for me so I try to avoid them as much as possible. I'm sure I could incorporate them into my diet safely, but I'd rather not disrupt a system that seems to be working so well

@gvizzle74 Stunning transformation. You look amazing!

That's fantastic! I'm so glad you didn't go through with the surgery.

I was having a similar issue with my Samsung Gear S3 and workouts. What I did was removed the "write" permission for food and removed the "read" permission for exercise in the MFP app settings. I think it may have successfully killed the repeating cycle.

Hula dancing? That's very interesting. Would definitely enjoy trying that

Hmmm. Size 34 jeans, I guess. Currently at 36

Yeah... It's definitely getting better, but it doesn't really come naturally. Not yet, anyway (or so I hope)

Ground bison, chicken breast, avocado, multicolored cauliflower and green beans, plus lots of spices

It gets way better. Hang in there

Passion. If someone talks to me about something they love, the hours will fly by during conversation. That's what I need. It's what I crave.

I'd say my guitars and my dog, but I think she owns me... My guitars are the tools I use for music (my first love). My dog? Well, what reason do I need to love her?
