Thanks for your concern however I want to point out there is a difference between needing a drink and drinking. I suspect you’re friend was drinking a lot more than what they said if they were hallucinating. I never hallucinate or have a hangover so please don’t confuse me with someone that may have an alcohol problem.…

I used to weigh daily and switched to weekly. I’m now heavier than I ever was therefore I’m going back to daily as from tomorrow. It keeps me on track.

I’ve got 14lbs to lose and regardless of exercise I try to have 1500 calories a day. I’m not tall.

I weigh in on a Saturday morning and I much prefer that to Monday’s. It also gives you an option to recoup calories back if you have over indulged at the weekend.

Running on grass may help. Good trainers and building up to running by walking if you’re not use to exercise.
