This may sound crazy but I had to stop the food diary because I was getting too obsessive and it was unhealthy. I really just try to keep a mental tally and eat healthy and in moderation. I typically burn 300 calories a day and am on my feet bc I work a retail job. I also try to eat healthy as much as possible. I drink a lot of water and get a decent amount of sleep. I also drink black coffee every morning and try to speed up my metabolism. I feel like the minute I eat something I see it on my body.
