19, 5’6.5 and 138lbs. How do I lost this tummy and love handles. The pic does me justice and I do cardio everyday. I try to eat healthy but I don’t notice too much :(

    I typically burn 300 calories a day and am on my feet bc I work a retail job. I also try to eat healthy as much as possible. I drink a lot of water and get a decent amount of sleep. I also drink black coffee every morning and try to speed up my metabolism. I feel like the minute I eat something I see it on my body.

    I'm not seeing the tummy and love handles you're seeing. I'm seeing a nice slender young woman with a lovely waist and overall hourglass shape that most women would envy.

    Two things:

    First, if you want a more "toned" appearance, then strength training is your best bet. There are many good programs in this thread:

    Pick one, and do it regularly. (This will be inherently a slow, gradual process.)

    Second, I'm fearful that you've fallen for the body-image nonsense propagated by photoshopped, carefully-posed IG-ers, and others of that ilk. Don't. They're not real.
