Plain old black pepper.

I got one of those hand ones, which was way to hard to use, hard to clean and took too long. Got rid of that. Last year I got a Ninja one and it is great. I spiralized the heck out of zucchini last summer. Takes only seconds.

Lowered cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides. More energy, can walk long distances and do stairs without getting out of breath.

If you allow yourself to eat what you like and keep within your calories/macros, then you shouldn't have to think of anything as a cheat meal, IMO.

My go to, if I use dressing (which I don't always use) is zesty italian (fat free). But very little. Maybe a teaspoon or 2 at most. Sometimes I will use salsa.

Just flavor water with lemon (or other fruit you want). That's what I do.

Whatever fits in your calories for your dinner. Never been there, but looking at their menu online (calorie counts are there), personally I would choose the 6 oz sirloin, a side salad (no dressing for me) and steamed broccoli. Total calorie count for this dinner would be 510 according to their website. I try to stay away…

I steam or air fry it. Usually season with pepper or lemon pepper. Sometimes dill. If I steam I will steam with lemon slices if I have them.

Yes, I lost 100 lbs using Nutrisystem. Everyone is different. I liked the food I had. It teaches you portion control. You use their food as your main entree and you add fresh veggies and fruits. You are not locked in. If you try it for a month and you don't like it, you can cancel (just pay attention to the timing, if you…

Did you drink it too fast?

Well, I met my new GW and lost a bit more, without really trying, even though I am trying to maintain. I have adjusted my maintenance calories up a bit more as of this morning and will concentrate on that. SW: 257.2 CW: 149.9 Original GW: 157 New GW: 153-154

I had oatmeal with strawberries and some scrambled egg whites with salsa.
-
Also a new Instant Pot user, haven't done much other than hard boiled eggs mostly (love it for this!). I've done oatmeal once and also Quinoa once. Also did shredded pork.

Already in my jammies...only 6:24 pm. LOL

I do not make resolutions. But recently I saw someone recently on tv say she makes Intentions, rather than resolutions. I like that. So, my intentions are to stay on a healthy path, maintain, tone and strengthen.
-
I typically "scramble" them in the microwave with some baby spinach and then eat with a spoon full of salsa on top. Sometimes I will do an omelet with fresh veg.

Tone and strengthen

I did over do it last night, but I am going to say in regards to sodium intake. I hosted and did the ham so was eating it while carving! Scale was up this morning just less than 2 pounds.

Mine's more flabby/squishy (LOL) than loose, ie it is not hanging. My workouts while losing was mainly walking. I did start using hand weights and then a couple of months ago, started using a Legmaster. So I am hoping with time and increasing work outs I can tone the flab. ;-)

I had a Nutribullet several years ago, but not for long...it burned out. So I got a Vitamix and I love it. It can do so much more than your typical blender. It was well worth it and I got it at a good sale price and could spread the payments over a few months. I use it for smoothies, shakes, soup and peanut butter just to…

I started by using Nutrisystem. Added in a lot of walking after a couple of months. Worked for me.
-
I didn't track inches, either. Wish I had. I went from a Womens Plus size 22 and just bought a couple of pairs of size 10 regular jeans.
-
I don't know if I will track forever. Technically in maintenance now and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I may taper off and not do it every day as I have a good grasp on calories but right now I am paying close attention to my sodium intake and trying to get that reduced.

You look great! I agree about putting those pics on your fridge! You can do it!

Not the same, and I won't do it as often as walking outside, but I can usually find am empty room at work that I can walk laps around.

You can do it!

I'm in the "No, thank you" camp, but my co-workers would never try to push anything.

5' 5.5" (or 5' 6" - depending on who has measured me...LOL)

SW: 257.2 CW: 156.1 GW: 157 (met/exceeded on 11/12!) NEW GW: 153-154 Currently on the very low end of the BMI scale for still being overweight, so a new goal of 2-3 more pounds to get me to the top of the healthy range. But have updated my macros to maintenance.
