I like buying frozen blueberries or strawberries (no added sugar) and I let them sit for an hour to sorta halfway thaw out. So it’s like a bit of a frozen treat for me.

My aunt did this and ended up gaining most of the weight back. Why? Because she refused to change her unhealthy habits. Unless you change your mindset and learn good and healthy behavior then you’re doomed to fail. I will never understand why people would rather go through with surgery instead of just making healthy…

Calorie counting is a must for me. I would be guessing all kinds of wrong if I just did it by sight. I don’t see how that will work for you unless you are doing a lot of exercise and burning off the extra calories. For me, I want to eat healthy and avoid sugar and junk. Good luck!

1. I get more energy 2. It reduces my stress 3. I have more confidence

Besides getting healthy....my petty reason is I want to buy this expensive and hot bikini I have been eyeing for the past 4 years and be the hottest grandma at the pool lol

I started Phentermine 37.5 in Jan this year. After gaining 80 lbs and going from 145 to 226 (I’m 5’6”) I knew I needed help and that I had to make some serious changes. For the first 2-3 days I was having to force myself to eat but then it just sort of stopped. I don’t have any side effects at all. It’s just odd lol. I can…

I started IF in Jan of this year. I do 18:6, 1500 cal, low carb and regular exercise. I’ve lost 19 lbs as of this morning.

I log mine as I go. Even though I plan all my meals ahead of time I just got in the habit of keeping the app open until after my last meal. Plus, sometimes I don’t finish what I prepare. Example: sometimes I eat half a cup of fruit instead of the cup in my meal plan.

I started intermittent fasting in Jan this year. I’ve already lost 18 lbs. I do 18:6. I wanted to try this because I was never really hungry until late in the day anyway. But I had to change what I was eating and late night binging. I stick to 1500 cal a day, low carbs. Healthy calories. No junk. Lots of water and regular…

Hi y’all! I’m 47 and I am from TN. Looking for motivated friends. I had a very active lifestyle up until about 5 years ago and in the past 4 I managed to reach an all time “worst shape of my life” status. But....since Jan I have started to get my old self back. I’m already down almost 20 lbs. I am active. Eating right. My…

I did 25 minutes of kickboxing with 3lb wrist weights and a 2.5 mile walk. I’m a beginner and very much overweight atm. My ultimate goal is to finish an advanced kickboxing class one day.

Thank you! I’m 47 and still pretty heavy. I have a lot more to go. I got my dad doing it too and he’s dropping it fast. My blood pressure has gone down significantly too. I would definitely recommend anyone giving it a shot.

I’m dropping it fast. I’m down 18 lbs this morning since Jan (this year lol). I do 18:6. That’s with 1500 cal a day/low carb and regular exercise.

I once made George Lindsey furious. I couldn’t give him a free membership at the Costco where I was working when he came in. He told me I’d never see him in the store again and I replied that I didn’t care because I could see him on reruns of Hee Haw.

I gained a LOT of weight. About 80 lbs. I am 5’6” and went from 145 lbs to 226 in roughly 4 years. I finally got tired of buying my own excuses and decided to get back to a healthy lifestyle. I have done a lot of reading on how the body uses food and stumbled on IF. In January 2020 I started. I’m sticking with 1500…

I’m 47 and I am going to run and play and be as active as I can for as long as I can. My great aunt lived to be 100 and she still was gardening and doing everything for herself up until about 3 weeks before she passed. I still go down slides with my granddaughter lol. I’m gonna be “old” in someone else’s eyes regardless. I…

I gained over 80 lbs in about the past 4 years. I went from 145lbs to 226! I’m 5’6”. It was due to medical reasons but I know in reality that was just an excuse for me. I finally woke up and started on my way back to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I’m 47 and it’s not as easy as it used to be. But I lost 15 lbs in the…

I would love to be friends. I’m in a similar situation as you. I gained 80 lbs because of health issues. I started phentermine also to use short term as a tool to help me out until I can regain the healthier lifestyle I once had.
