Building muscle for first time
Hi everyone. I’m a beginner. Working on my health and I have started adding small weights to cardio (4 lbs). By doing so I noticed that I actually like the way the resistance felt and so I started reading about strength training. I’m 46 and female. Blisters
I have a huge blister on the bottom of my toe from walking. It’s opened. I don’t want to skip a day walking. It’s just a tad sore but I don’t want to make it worse. Any advice on how I could wrap it maybe?

Low Impact cardio + weights=💦
I just started working out again and decided to start with low impact cardio. I wanted to add some resistance to tone my arms and prevent sagging skin so I wear wrist weights (2lb) each and WOW. Turn the sweat factor way up! Does anybody else mix weights with cardio?

Depression=brutal truth motivation
No coddling and the brutal truth is what I needed to get me started on my weight loss journey. I’m 46 yrs old and ended up in the worst shape of my life due to clinical depression. I steadily gained on average 20 lbs a year for the past 4 years. I went from a size 4 to an 18. I know what I have to do to be in the same…
