I want to be under the 200lb mark by my doctor visit in a week. I’m at 202 now. My SW was 226. That will be huge for me.

I’ve got 60 more lbs to lose. Feel free to add me if you’d like a buddy. 😊

Everything is okay in the end. If it’s not okay then it’s not the end.

I did my first beginner kettlebell workout and then I walked 4 miles 😊

Right now I probably smell like a mixture of sweat and Secret deodorant. I just did my very first kettlebell workout. I’m about to go for a long walk so no use in stopping the stink right now lol

I’m down 19 lbs since Jan and today I noticed my yoga pants were a tad loose. I managed to walk 3.5 miles today too. When I first started I had trouble doing just one so that made me feel pretty good.

I started in Jan this year. I’m down 19 lbs so far. I have mine set to 1.5lbs a week. It says 1480 calories but I round up to 1500. I do intermittent fasting (18:6) and low carb too. I also exercise pretty almost everyday. I usually go for a walk.

A guy that is arrogant. I love confidence but arrogance is a huge turn off.

I do but mostly I pay attention to the women in my age group. I get super motivated to see a 50ish woman that has an amazing, fit body!

People that smoke inside with kids there. Absolutely no cares about it whatsoever. It’s bad enough to do it inside anyway but doing it around kids is just extremely selfish imo.

Very similar boat here. I became inactive for 4 years because of depression among other things. I was active and fit up til then and I finally snapped out of it in Jan this year. I’ve gone from 226 to 207 since. Best of luck. Keep it up!

That you exercise to get energy. Not waiting around for the energy to do it. It’s becoming a good habit for me and I already start looking forward to working out no matter how tired I am because I know good I’m gonna feel.

I read that for some people it can take a week or longer. Especially if you were eating a high carb diet before you started because your body will use up its glycogen stores before entering ketosis. Other factors like your typical daily carb intake, your daily fat and protein intake, exercise, your age, and your metabolism…

Way to go! Keep that momentum going!!

“You looked better with some meat on your bones” I hate hearing this and honestly I always heard it from female friends who were obese. I’m preparing myself to hear it again once I get back to my old self.

It’s up to you to be healthy. That’s just the truth. I don’t have anybody. I live alone in the middle of the woods. No gym nearby. It’s up to me. You have to want it and want it bad enough to make the change and do what is best for you. If you blame others for your bad habits your chances of success will probably be low.…

I like Jillian. I like someone that doesn’t coddle people and tells it like it is. Most people just can’t handle it but that doesn’t change the truth.

I live in such a rural area in the sticks and hills of TN that the closest gym is an hour away so I either have to go outside or do a workout video. I push myself to walk in the cold and funny thing is it’s really not that bad once the blood gets to pumping. I bought some velour lined thermals to wear under my clothes and…

Educate yourself about food and how your body uses it. From the calories, carbs, protein and so on. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal and a lot more to learn. I never in a million years thought I would ever be the type of person to read labels and count calories but now I do because I have a better…

I’m 47. I have lost 19 lbs since Jan of this year. My goal is to lose at least 50 more but my ultimate goal is to retain my healthier lifestyle. I feel better than I have in a long time already so I’m looking forward to the future!

I started in Jan of this year and I do 18:6 1500 cal/low carb. I also do regular exercise. Usually walking. I am down 19 lbs so far. This combo works for me.

I like buying frozen blueberries or strawberries (no added sugar) and I let them sit for an hour to sorta halfway thaw out. So it’s like a bit of a frozen treat for me.
