Stress and sun do it for me. Get a prescription for Valacyclovir. Won’t prevent them , but will stop it from getting larger if you take it as soon as you feel it coming on.

First time in eleven years my wedding ring fits . Been trying a couple times a week to get it over my knuckle, no luck. Grabbed it yesterday full well thinking it wouldn’t fit, and it slipped right on. I screamed . I don’t like jewelry, I’m not going to wear it, but it fits!

When I find my motivation waning, I usually think of my upcoming surgery, heart disease, diabetes. That gets me back on track pretty quick.
