In my family, I was raised to believe that someone would come into my life and love me for who I am. Not true. He preferred the company of other women. Thankfully I never had any kids with him. I no longer support the concept of marriage.

From my porch, I verbally mocked my loud next door neighbor for her complaining about the rain. It's night time and I want peace and quiet.

I'm feeling ouch. I bought a cactus today. It shed tiny barbs all over my shirt. It was a very painful ride home...until I could find the tweezers.

This happened to me too. The lady wouldn't stop talking about her life. It was really awkward. I think it was the meds that caused her to talk for so long. The nursing staff decided to transfer me to my own room when I had had enough. Lol

Hot chocolate was sold for 75 cents, on cold morning, outside my middle school cafeteria. I would buy a cup just before my first class at 7:45 a.m. I have never had any hot chocolate as good since then.

I think working in retail teaches people to developed a defensive or alert persona. The *kitten* they go through, because of some people, is scary. There are some retail places where showing up to work in a human sized hamster ball (for security) isn't such a half bad idea.

Some people have no respect for parking spaces. Especially when the parking lot or street is tiny to begin with. It's something extra everyone has to worry about when they shouldn't have to.
