@katybug51 Welcome to the group! Good to know you are enjoying your new Garmin Venu. If there's something you would like to see posted in the group, please do not hesitate to share.

@Nita Toupin, welcome to the group! What model of Venu do you have? Garmin Venu or Venu sq? I know both has activity settings for Elliptical. Do you always select the Elliptical feature first while on the machine? If not, this is why it isn't tracking. If you are just getting on the machine without selecting the elliptical…

Welcome to the group fellas! I am sorry am not on here often due to work, but I am hoping this will get more interactive as people join. MFP notifications has been pretty bad for me as well. Please spread the word about this group.
-
@robrehk, that awesome!
-
@fractaltiger, Thanks for helping Sherri71. That's exactly how it works. Generally, must be logged into both apps for data to sync properly. If you are only logged into the Garmin app, data will not sync to MFP until the user logs in.

Hello Stacey, welcome to the group. Hope you are enjoying your Garmin watch. Venu Sq reminds me of the shape of Apple Watch. If you have any question, please do not hesitate to ask.
-
Please let me know if changing your privacy settings fixed it.
-
Mike, I am sorry you are having problem with this. Check to see if your settings are private. If they are, change it to public and refresh your browser. If it doesn't fix it, please see this Garmin Forum discussion link below. Am not sure how legit the information shared is, but I will check with Garmin support to get an…

That's awesome Mike. Garmin in my opinion is the most accurate tracker.

Let’s finish up December strong! Happy New Year to all! 🎊🎈💪🏾🔥

Hello Angie, sorry for the predicament you are in. The best advise I can give you based on your info above is to set your food diary goal to sedentary since you have some physical limitations. If have any more questions, please just direct message me instead. I don't get notifications and don't visit the community as…

Hey Lizzy! Hope you don't mind me calling you that. Actually I am currently in South Carolina, but I do have a few friends in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
-
I am in maintenance, but I think you are looking for women. Good luck!
-
Hi, I am in maintenance, but open to helping others achieve their goal. If you think I fit the mole and need my help, add me. If not, I wish you the very best in your journey. There are plenty of people here that can help motivate you.
-
Yes, I am in maintenance, but I got there with the help and support of some folks here. The best I can do is encourage and help others who are still trying to lose or hit their goal.
-
Since you are losing, keep doing what are doing and try not to give up on yourself. I found a similar thread in the community to share with you. Hopefully this will kind of encourage you and assure you that this is normal and there is hope. Please see link below.…

I am in maintenance and very active. I have friends here that are too and some that are still trying to lose. The main thing for me is having the support system and building meaningful friendships weather you are maintaining or losing. Rainbow198 is one of my close friends on mfp.

Please weigh your meats cooked and not raw. The only raw things you should be weighing are veggies (cooked or not) and fruits etc. Calories for chicken breast will be different depending on the size/weight. It will also weigh more with bone in it. So I suggest you use boneless if possible. As far as entering your data,…

Best advice I can give you is to see a nutritionist/dietitian for better direction and accuracy. Any comments here will probably confuse you more. Good luck!

Good luck...I hope you find someone! :)

If I were to guess, I would say the virus has already spread to US and some other countries before US found out about it in January. The virus could have been contained and controlled better if China had been more honest early. Apparently China have known about this since November/December of last year. So the bottom line…
