No working out 2x a day is not bad, many athletes do this some even 3x a day. You do however need to be careful you don’t under recover meaning you track your sleep as much as your workouts, you replenish electrolytes as well as vitamins and minerals. I usually hike one day, run one day rest one day. my hikes are 2 miles long I get about 400 feet of elevation so it’s a relatively easy hike. I only push myself every 3 runs that’s when I try to run 2.5 miles

Unfortunately it’s almost impossible to gain muscle without gaining some fat. To gain muscle and keep body fat gains to a minimum your diet and exercise routine must be perfect. What’s your body fat %?

It all depends on your overall goal. A good tip is to keep cutting until you reach 15% body fat anything above that will have you looking buff fat remember that when you bulk you go on a surplus of calories and gaining some fat is unfortunately unavoidable.

I think that’s awesome! I didn’t see results for 2 months when I started working out so for you to see results in 2 weeks is absolutely brilliant! Remember the number of calories isn’t as important as the type of calories my weight/size didn’t start changing until I reduced my sodium intake

I wrestled in high school and would often get hip pain but my coaches would tell me it was due to slamming on the mat I’m not sure if that counts. Every once in a while I’ll have a sore back after a heavy day of lifting but it’s rare.
