RSI in my foot is disrupting my workouts. Advice for alternative exercise or recovery?

Hi all!

A few days ago I started getting a pain in the moddle of the tops of my feet, more so in my right foot. This is probably caused by my cardio workout that I do half an hour of each day. I do an aerobic workout using the Down Dog HIIT app, which is predominantly jumping jacks, squat jumps, burpees etc.. I do use a yoga mat for my exercises, but did start doing them more on my hardwood floor due to the mat slipping lots.

I've been trying to reduce my jumping over the last few days, doing cardio from longer walks and working on core and thigh strength exercises, but it's not feeling any better. I stupidly tried out 5 mins of HIIT this evening and now my right foot feels even worse!

Does anyone have advice on helping my feet to heal, and other intensive cardio exercises I can do in the mean time? I'm struggling to find ones without lots of jumping but that still make me sweat.

Thanks, and hope everyone's happy and safe!

If you have the space, try a kettle bell exercise

I have a poorly foot , trapped nerve in ball left foot , neuritis . Not too bad last year or so.
Started treadmill incline walking because I don't run , 6 months ago. This is very intense !
    I got a jump rope but haven't used it because I don't fancy the jumping ? ?
I don't do any of those you mentioned - because of the jumping.
I have just got to know about kettlebells too and think they are very good. Intense with hardly a step.
They are great for core and full body workouts . Keep up the pace , no stopping.
Squats and lunges using some weight can be very hard.
You need hills and weight to make walking intense - think army !

I would recommend trying a heavy rucksack but don't go far , think just round the block to see.
Treadmill gets my HR to max , KB seems as hard - 10 mins to dripping !
