Morning Meltdown day 63 from beachbody on demand
-
1. Lose the final 47lbs and hit 100lb weight loss. 2. Keep exercising 3. Keep tracking and being accountable to myself
-
Holy cow that is phenomenal! Well done
-
Thanks for posting. I have been doing BOD since March and really loving it!
-
1 years difference - 265lbs to 214lbs. Still have quite a bit to loose but slow and steady...
-
You can 100% do this, I started at 120kg and currently at 104kg. Its taken me about 5 months to lose that amount but it's a marathon not a sprint. There will be times you fall off the wagon but every single day is a new day to start over. You got this!

Amazing work, well done! You look fab :)

A few from me: I moved from starting at stage 3 obese to stage 1 obese today. Starting UK size 22 and now a size 16/18 Started T25 and didn't have to use the modifier for all the exercises (about 50/50 at the moment)

Will definitely keep an eye on this as I have dodgy knees at the best of times.

Here are the results of my first round of 21 day fix which finished yesterday. I used MFP instead of their container system. I’m 5”7. Going to start round 2 today.

Well done!

1. to get into a UK size 16 by middle of July 2. to get into a UK size 14 by my anniversary in September 3. to get out of the obese BMI category by September 4. to be able to get through insanity by Christmas
-
I fit back into my UK size 18 trousers and managed to hang on the pull up bar for 5 seconds. Doesnt sound like much but I couldn't hang at all a month ago.

I am on day 5 of 21 day fix. Really liking it, how are you getting on? I am tracking on MFP and not doing the containers.
-
I am on day 5 today and really enjoying it. I have to follow the modifier a lot of the time but plan to do it a few times before moving onto anoter programme. How are you all getting on?

Week one and just under half a stone. Think it could have been better if the white wine I had hadn’t stalled it. I didn’t know alcohol was having such a big impact on my weight. Also got my husband on board so hopefully it will be easier. SW: 260 CW: 260 GW: 155 08/18 253.4 08/25 08/31
