I’ve lost 40 pounds in the past year by monitoring calories on MyFitnessPal, calisthenics, stretching, walking, a little running, and meditation.87 -

My highest recorded weight was 270lbs 10 years ago. Second pic is a few months ago on my 40th birthday at 148lbs. Been hanging out there since.

I’m at the beginning of this. About two and a half weeks in and I’m down 10 lbs. 💪🏼41 -

The 2 photos on the left are the ones that made me realise I needed a drastic change in lifestyle, from 2018, the photos on the right are current and feel better than I ever did in my 30’s💪57 -

I'm not done yet! But this is what I look like after reaching my first goal. I still don't really see it in the mirror
. I've lost 20kg/44lbs, and I've got 4kg/8.8lbs left to go.

Very visible, very positive results. I hear what you're saying about self-perception, as I had the same problem - couldn't fully see it in some photos, even, at the time. Same photos, I sure can now.
Your self-perception will eventually adjust and let you fully appreciate this sleeker, fitter-looking woman in the mirror.

I started at 265 and have lost a total of 95 total pounds so far. I’m wanting to lose another 35-40 pounds, but as of right now, I’m feeling amazing! 😊
I know this is terribly late, but I have that shirt (the skull one)! Shirt sisters! Amazing loss as well!23 -
Here are the results of my first round of 21 day fix which finished yesterday. I used MFP instead of their container system. I’m 5”7. Going to start round 2 today.

@GregInORL I love that smile! That’s a guy who’s clearly happy with his progress. (And deservedly so!)
Such wonderful transformations. I “save” some of these pages up to look at when I’m feeling weak or unmotivated.8 -
