I'm not done yet! But this is what I look like after reaching my first goal. I still don't really see it in the mirror . I've lost 20kg/44lbs, and I've got 4kg/8.8lbs left to go.
Very visible, very positive results. I hear what you're saying about self-perception, as I had the same problem - couldn't fully see it in some photos, even, at the time. Same photos, I sure can now. Your self-perception will eventually adjust and let you fully appreciate this sleeker, fitter-looking woman in the mirror.7 -

I started at 265 and have lost a total of 95 total pounds so far. I’m wanting to lose another 35-40 pounds, but as of right now, I’m feeling amazing! 😊
I know this is terribly late, but I have that shirt (the skull one)! Shirt sisters! Amazing loss as well!23 -
Here are the results of my first round of 21 day fix which finished yesterday. I used MFP instead of their container system. I’m 5”7. Going to start round 2 today.

I lost over 6.5 stone last year, struggled a bit so far this year, but back on track to get it off again.

@GregInORL I love that smile! That’s a guy who’s clearly happy with his progress. (And deservedly so!)
Such wonderful transformations. I “save” some of these pages up to look at when I’m feeling weak or unmotivated.8 -

It's great! I am a not dissimilar shape to you in the first pic so v inspiring to think it IS possible to get to pic 2.... will keep this in mind!16 -
My highest recorded weight was 270lbs 10 years ago. Second pic is a few months ago on my 40th birthday at 148lbs. Been hanging out there since.
That's fantastic! I am holding on to any pics of myself right now until I feel confident I can show a difference ... for me it is the lack of fitness/general flabbiness all over that I find I want to improve on most. Everyone here is v inspirational!!28 -
