I live in a small village that's right next to the smallest town in the country, so everyone has seen me as I've lost the weight. I've recently discovered that my weight loss and the amount of walking I do are hot topics of conversation in the village though, with relative strangers feeling the need to stop their cars and ask me how much I've lost now.

Another month down and I am feeling so great. This month I have started giving myself fitness goals to focus on as I am getting closer to my goal weight. And this morning I am ANOTHER pound down from yesterday's weight, so I am sitting at 128. I feel incredible!!
