I typically drink coffee black.. but when I want a little cream.. I use vanilla beans and unsweetened flax milk.. and I add a little cinnamon.

@wmische9 - If you want to cut back on sodium, I would read all labels. Sodium can add up really easy especially with prepared foods and take out. Make low sodium or no sodium choices. That roast chicken looks great!!! You just reminded me I want to get a new crock pot - I use the bones for flavor. :) I tried making bone broth .. never works for me. I leave it to the professionals lol

Happy Thursday! Brunch: grilled liver with grape tomatoes, onions, harissa & garlic. Duck egg & side of fresh beets w/ arugula. Açaí-dragonfruit- blueberry greens/flax shake on side.

3 things I always undercounted in the beginning : salad dressing, cooking oils and not counting calories in vitamin supplements. Take a peek just to check you aren’t undercounting. @cheshirechic - I don’t force myself to eat back exercise calories, especially if I’m not hungry. If I’m really desiring more food.. sure I’ll eat em.. but most of the time I only eat back a portion or not at all.
