Animal organ meats have the most natural b12. Liver and kidneys, especially from lamb, are the richest in vitamin B12. - signed the kid who always ate liver growing up and has it weekly. 😉 (Clams also mineral rich and high in b12)

My endocrinologist always notes my weight .. whether I’ve lost, gained or maintained….even small increments. It’s part of health. Glad she mentions it. It’s also related to metabolism and thyroid for me.. so something to keep in check.

@BarbaraHelen2013 - looks great! I find super firm tofu to be the most versatile. It’s grown on me as well! Have you tried tofu fries? It’s better than it sounds lol 😋

I’ve been lurking on this thread a while lol I think it’s cultural and yes I do believe our surroundings plays a part. (How large of a part? Psyllium husk buns! I also make flax bread.. both increases fiber intake and are tasty. Here are a few recipes- https://www.mypcoskitchen.com/18-psyllium-husk-recipes/ Also — how about chia for adding fiber to recipes? When a recipe calls for flour.. you can always add in a little psyllium. Mozzarella sticks, potato skins,…

I think it’s a stereotype the “we” face uphill difficulties at 30. In fact, the majority of my friends in 40s, 50s and beyond are fit and…
