Following this... I drink way too much coffee. Like 4-5 cups per day or more.. (usually black) I don’t feel any buzz from it at all.. it’s like water. I’m probably just so used to it. Slowly going down to 1-2 cups per day.. Sigh.

A rainy day early dinner. Broiled Salmon, carrots, broccoli, sprouts, snap peas, chickpeas .. a little evoo and lots of herb love.

Went out to eat tonight. Rack of lamb and Branzino. The Branzino was baked in parchment paper and it was soooo good. Going to have to try baking in parchment next.

I was gifted some oat groats and oat bran.... so I simmered it up with some vanilla, blackberries and blueberries... the blackberries disintegrated 😬 🤷🏼♀️

This 👆🏻 - fruit has fiber in it and once I started focusing on fruit for my sweet treats I found I was eating less sugar overall. (Except for dates — I have a hard time monitoring medjool dates. Lol)

Biggest pet peeve : once you hit 40...oh no! It’s so hard to stay in shape. Creak creak. 🤦🏼♀️ Not true. I live in a world with a ton of 40+ People who are in top shape and work at it daily. (And are creak and crinkle free.)

Cold brew Matcha tea is great..! Lots of recipes...there is the basic just ground leaves and water.. but you can make lattes .. and try cinnamon and herbs.. it’s pretty versatile. 🍵
