Some firsts today. Tried blue spirulina kombucha. I pretended it was a mocktail. ☺️ Made a seafood, seaweed & veggie poke bowl. (Raspberry, blueberry, strawberry-spinach juice on the side.)

I salute anyone that can make a palatable bone broth. It’s been a work in progress over here. I do agree that slow cooker bone broth has yielded the best results for me.

I’ve been using garden of life collagen peptides.. 18 grams of protein per scoop. Bovine sourced. I use the unflavored to add some protein to my morning greens juice.. but they have all sorts of flavors and mix ins.

Agree with @acpgee ! If don’t want to use any fat for cooking .. I use my stone coated pan… totally non stick, no added calories.

Hi @rishchowdhry I would choose low glycemic foods on the menu. You can also mention to the server that you are diabetic and to tell the chef no added sugars and request that high glycemic foods be replaced with greens, low GI vegetables and no added sugars. Doing take out? Just make the choices with the lowest GI foods…

I love berries of all kinds. 🫐 ESP really ripe luscious blackberries or.. if my spouse will peel it.. lol a pomegranate. 😇

Dark leafy greens are high in calcium. I do spinach/kale juice (vitamix) in the morning.. Also sardines are high in calcium.. if you add to a greens salad.. you have a calcium combo!

If it’s just one photo a day and not a food diary of photos.. could be that it’s really her lunch? Dinner could be a whole pizza .. but maybe she is proud she did good for lunch? Maybe the commentary on good food choices encourages her … My 3 cents :)

Agree that the function doesn’t go far enough to truly make it a user friendly experience. I follow the food and nutrition category.. but there are plenty of popular threads in that same category that *always* pop up that don’t interest me. It just clogs a personal feed with items of no interest and that’s a waste of time.…
