I will add, this in my mind is a small meal. I frame it as that not a snack. So for me it's not replacing a meal, it's a small meal on the go to keep me from hunger, over eating later or snacking.

I recently started eating a 30g 'meal replacement' bar. It has 114 calories and 7 grams protein. It takes away my hunger and I can happily then train hard at the gym etc with the energy I get. I'm under no illusions that this is largely sugar related energy boost. However this low calorie protein is a good fix for me.…

From what I know magnesium links in with many other nutrients in the body and so is a very important element. It aids sleep and anxiety because of its links with neuro transmitters and hormones involving serotonin and dopamine and nerves. I know a nutritionist I would recommend! She is a UK qualified pharmacist that became a nutritionist. She works as a team with her husband who is a UK qualified physiotherapist and personal trainer. I would happily recommend her and give you her contact details to chat online to her.

I'm a therapist but this isn't the place to get that kind of support. It is a good place however to share your experiences and learn what is possible from others. There are positive supportive people here. Cravings as you speak of could even perhaps have a medical cause. Only a blood test will determine if you are craving…

His…

You mention sweet food and I dont think you mean sweetcorn, sweetpotato etc. :-) I treated myself to a super juicy Mango the other day. Mango has a similar starchiness and sweetness level to banana and so works well in my experience for a frozen 'nice cream'

Then press the blue tooth symbol on the watch and synch the watch to the app by pairing with the smart phone. Online on the My Fitness Pal website I clicked into the apps and selected Garmin Connect.
