Eufy smart scale C1. Love it. Go google it, very accurate (step on it 5 times and gives same readings) and shows history, trends etc. I bought from JB hifi at $34. Super worth it.

I find chicken the best option. Quick, versatile, delicious and high in protein. Can bake with veggies, stir fry with veggies, etc. Sometimes I buy a whole bird from the rotisserie, just don't eat the skin and aim for the breast.

Try Twinings Cold Infuse fruit tea bags, they're amazing. Definitely helped me drink more water. Comes in many different flavours!

Definitely not food... tried few times before and they always spiral out of control! And the feeling after is awful. Fitting better in my clothes and the scale are my rewards now. Sense of achievement.
