I'd say the diet looks wholesome from a nutrition standpoint for sure! Looking lean and mean OP, have you ever considered entering a Men's Physique show?

My thoughts as well...now regarding the sub 10% bf, and the popular consensus that it's not sustainable or healthy long term as a "blanket statement" for all humans, is misinformation.
-
Agreed :) I hoped that my post alluded to my understanding of that.

Very good information in this thread, wholesome and elaborate. I've addressed questions and concerns about the vaccine with my doctor, and he's been very transparent and genuine in giving me the latest and most accurate information as it relates to what to expect if I chose to get vaccinated. I've also done a bit of my own…

Much respect, you look fantastic! I personally know how arduous the journey is to achieve that condition....keep up the good work!

Sub 10% would be the popular consensus....some of us would call that the "shredded" territory.

Lol, for sure. The company is highly aggressive in it's marketing tactics too.....it's rare to watch a YouTube video without it being interrupted by one of the company's ads.

OP, may I ask which Fitbit version you have? I've been using the Versa 2 for a couple of months now, and I've noticed from personal tests that it's pretty accurate in regards to the calories burned formula.
-
Personally, I'm not opposed to being vaccinated, but I do have questions concerning long term effects within my body that have not been answered....too much to elaborate on, but you get the drift.

Individual perspective and preference, for sure with this one. After much trial and error with learning how to progressively build muscle and improve my overall health, my BF% and day to day energy have a direct correlation to how "fit" I feel. For myself personally, I feel at my best and "fit" at 9% BF.

Also keep in mind, elevated heart rates throughout each day translate into more calories burned, caffeine and taurine (coffee and energy drinks) contribute to that rate, not just exercise or NEAT activity.
-
I've owned a bit Fitbit Versa 2 for 2 months now, from what I understand (and seems legitimate), it not only tracks activity throughout the day, but also takes into account your BMR calories (Basal Metabolic Rate). This number is highly individualized based on the stat profile programmed into it.

I'm late to the party, but I will be competing in the Michigan NPC Men's Physique this April....I'm pretty pumped (no pun intended) about it!
-
Thanks! I posted above looking to learn how to embed the video, any help is much appreciated!
-
Lol, thanks! I'll need assistance on how to embed the video in a post, help me out?

Have a video i wanted to upload 2 weeks out, but i can't seem to find the instructions on how to do so.....

You need to create a surplus (the concrete amount has yet to be determined accurately through studies) of calories to build muscle.....even recommended amounts of protein (0.6 -1g per lb of bodyweight) has yet to be proven 100% accurate for every human being on the planet......the starting point is learning how to track…

Refer to the "Great Fitness Industry Scam" in the "Debate: Health and Fitness" section of MFP....before doing so, the information shared by the gentleman representing said program has provided some useful information in regards to progressive growth and sustainability in regards to quote on quote "hardgainers", i want to…

Oh no🙈😂 glad to see you're still active here💪

OP, this is VERY real and VERY common, even amongst the most hardcore dieters. Please be careful with your consumption....I've been here before😬
-
Definitely reiterating what Chief said, the bodyfat percentage to see a visible six-pack is highly individualized.....genetics, fat distribution, and LBM all play a role.....a definitive percentage to start seeing them is highly subjective, but as others mentioned roughly 10% and lower.

Most cutting "diets" that are available, or even one you specifically customize of your own will work, the outlier in your results will be your adherence to whichever diet you choose, over a period of time, within a caloric deficit tailored to your specific needs. Good luck with your cut, track and adjust as necessary as…

For sure, shows being cancelled are the least of our concerns right now considering how the world is changing now. Anything planned for in 2021? I'm a fan of a lot of advice you give here, would love to know!

Thanks! I've grown to enjoy the increased vascularity in a shredded state, i think it looks cool lol!
-
Thanks man, was really excited about this one....2019 was a good year leading into this year's competition. I appreciate the kind words, i've come too far to slack off!💪
-
What??!! Ridiculous, any process you could look into to get it escalated? I'm sure you worked your *kitten* off for it!

I see what you did there😉 need to learn how to take legs shots without "stuff" showing.
