I find that a banana and a tsp of peanut butter after dinner satisfies me.

I'm in Washington state, pretty close to the confirmed cases and yes, I'm a tad worried. Not in a panic, but being cautious. I have little kids and have asthma myself so I don't want any of us catching ANYTHING that could land us in the hospital. I'm wondering why is everyone stockpiling toilet paper?!?! That is selling…

Do some cardio and weights. Pick a cardio you actually like and something you'll stick with.

Peloton!

I drink Shakeology and think it's delicious.

For me personally that is NOT enough food at all! Are you saying you aren't hungry after eating these things throughout the day?
-
Did you use the calculator this website has?

This. Beachbody is my favorite for at home workouts.
-
Well that's no fun!
-
That sounds so tough! Good for you!

I've done so many different Beachbody workouts and I'm currently doing Barre. This has been the BEST of the BB workouts by far. I'm 2 weeks in and already see changes in my body. I burn a ton of calories and each workout seems to hit my entire body. 80 Day Obsession is really good too.

Hot tea? Drink a huge glass of water or start doing something to take your mind off eating?

You need to be in this mentally. Change your thinking. Track everything every single day. It's not easy, I'm not saying it is but you have to REALLY want this in order to be successful. Failure is not an option. #mambamentality

I have to workout first thing in the morning or I'll never have the energy otherwise. After working out consistently for a couple weeks, it's a habit now and I actually look forward to doing it. I feel good all day long.

VERY interesting! I notice bloating too.

It's absolutely possible to have lunches and dinners out at restaurants with friends or for work - just make good choices. Once you've been making good choices and tracking accurately for long enough then eating healthy becomes a habit. You cannot give up though. Nothing in life worth having comes easy so if you are on a…

This. Lots of water and eat snacks like hard boiled eggs, string cheese, cottage cheese w/fruit, etc. Snacks that will help you feel full.

Can I ask what your readings normally were to be put on meds?

Once you figure out how to sit on it properly, that should help. And you sort of just get used to it lol.

Sometimes I will eat a mini Luna bar in the afternoon simply because they taste good and do have protein. I'm really picky about how I make my shakes and it would be too difficult to do at work so I'll grab a bar instead. *Edited to note that I don't eat protein bars that often but I DO have a protein shake almost every…

I consider the monthly fee like a gym membership and it also forces me to keep using the bike LOL. But I understand your complaint. Good luck!

I know you don't want one but I love my Peloton. I had the same fears as you and thought I wouldn't use it but I use it ALL the time.

I just bought some Healthy Noodles from Costco (that's what they are called) and fried up some tofu and veggies and threw it all together. SOOO good.

I'm always down for a motivator or someone to help keep me accountable!

30 min Barre legs from Beachbody!

There are so many foods that make me bloat: onions, garlic, gluten, sugar free stuff. I picked up a book on FODMAP and it has been incredibly helpful.

Maybe you aren't eating the right things if you never feel good OR there's an underlying medical reason for it.

This.

Planning ahead is the only way I can stay on track at work. I write out a list of healthy and filling snacks then I make sure I have all the ingredients for them. Then I spend a little time on the weekend prepping those snacks so they are easy to grab and take to work. I even plan ahead for what I am going to take to work…
