I used to do long distance running and horse riding, now I play rugby which I absolutely adore! I've v recently gotten in to lifting weights at the gym, leg day is my fave, also working on those pullups!! And skiing is great fun also

Hey!! I'm 20, 5'4 & 179 lbs at the last weigh in this morning and that's a 5lb drop in 2 weeks :D Happy with this rate of loss as it feels sustainable. The aim is to lose 40lbs but I'm monitoring how I look and feel more than weight as I've started lifting at the gym. Good luck all, excited to be on this journey with you!🥰

I'm 5'4 179 lbs at the last weigh in this morning and that's a 5lb drop in 2 weeks :D I've cut to 1500 calories but adjusting so there is hopefully a 500cal deficit as it depends on how much I'm working out!!!
