  • If you can add a tbsp of either chia seed or flaxseed, that will add fiber. Oatmeal has fiber. Avocado and eggplant have good fiber. Watch your carbs and calories though. Sola bread or buns are loaded with fiber, with relatively low carbs and calories. Also, leafy veggies have fiber. Hope that helps.
