@fatfifties Could you take me out of the Christmas challenge? I think at this point the best I can hope for is to lose my gains from the past 5 or 6 weeks.

Weigh Day Thursday PW: 229.4 CW: 231.4 Another gain🤨. I am pretty sure this is just water retention, but still discouraging. I am back to the gym (lightly) and have been tracking. Next week will be a loss or else it's time for some adjustments.
