I’m no expert... but in short, yes. However, 1100 calories is very low and may be even unsafe low. For instance my calorie goal is 1500 a day. If I keep my intake to that even with light exercise, I should lose 2lbs a week. The safest way to do calorie deficit is to input your weight/goals into this app and how much you…

It is 100% okay. Thanks for sharing. I too have been dealing with the same issues. But like nost have already said, fitness is about a lifestyle and mindset change. Are you making smart/healthy food decisions 7-8-9 out of 10 times? If so than a cheat/treat meal is okay. We have to learn not to be so hard on ourselves. P.S.…

That’s so true. I’ve also had that experience. Too tired. Grumpy. Just don’t feel like getting up... But every time I do I feel absolutely great! And the times you push through help you get back up the next time you don’t feel like it. Thanks for sharing!

I have these problems. I look “normal” in clothes but other times theres more fat than I’d like. Like others said, gaining muscle is what you need to get your weight up!

Intermittent fasting for me has workwd the best hands down. I was at my slimmest/healthiest when Idis it. I was also exercising regularly so my weight loss can be attributes to that. But in times I struggle to work out, IF helps me maintain my body weight, keeps me from feeling stuffed and bloated, and allows me to eat a…

Yess! I do a lot of 8-minute abs on YouTube. They burn more than any ab equipment at the gym. And I just invested in a bench/squat rack, plus a barbell and dumbbell weights set. Can’t wait to crush it when it arrives.

Happy to be here as well. We don’t have to be perfect. We just have to keep trying to do the best we can each day.

Thanks for this thread. I tried keto as well in 2018 and it shot my cholesterol way up so I had to get off. Probably wasn’t doing it right, even though I had high HDL which is the good cholesterol I think. Anyway didn’t really work for me. Mistakes I won’t repeat, not planning ahead! I have a pretty easy time “dieting”…

Hey annie. Love this bc I’m in the dame boat. Back on a 16/8 IF as well. I was at my healthiest when I stuck to this with discipline. This has been a very trying year for me though and I got lazy and stuck into unhealthy habits. I’m back on, optimal eating hours for me are 11-7. Hoping to lose the 10 pounds I Put back on.…

Im with you. I had a great 2018 fitness wise but let myself go in 2019. Lost track of my goals to say the least. But I’m sooo ready to FEEL good again. 2020 is a new decade! Loads of power in starting off healthy. To show I mean business I’m doing something different. For the first time I’m actually holding myself…
