I have gained weight and been lazy ...not exercising.
As of today I am going back to 16/8 as it works so well for me. I am doing this before I put the weight back that I ve lost.
I eat a funny diet. I can t do completely vegan so have no meat but eat fish. I try to have very little dairy.
I love vegan curries tagine etc. They play a big part in my diet. I only have soy in chilli and bolognese and sometimes Italian stuffed peppers.
So here goes. Hoping to lose 24 lbs in 3 months.

Hey annie. Love this bc I’m in the dame boat. Back on a 16/8 IF as well.
I was at my healthiest when I stuck to this with discipline.
This has been a very trying year for me though and I got lazy and stuck into unhealthy habits.
I’m back on, optimal eating hours for me are 11-7.
Hoping to lose the 10 pounds I Put back on.
You got this!
We both can do it.2 -
I am just starting IF and came here to look for support - so happy to find you both. I’ve let emotional eating pile on the weight, thanks also to injuries which limit my exercise. I need to get back to the healthy self I was in 2015! I’m also doing 11am to 7pm, 2 meals. I’ve been reading “intermittent Fasting For Women 101” by Will Ramos and Gin Fung - it meets some of my personal nutrition biases and offers lots of flexibility in the way it presents IF - I like that. Annie5904 and Adoucet15, we can do this!1

Ready to start IF again too. Husband and I just moved to a new State and a new house so been a bit homesick to say the least. Found way too much comfort in not so healthy choices. Ready to pull out of this slump and ring in the new year with new goals!!!!! This Southern gal is on a mission 😉2
