On the treadmill yesterday, it's tough after about an hour of weights. Sometimes that or like the cross trainer too.

Thank you! The main thing I have changed is introducing discipline. I now record my meals on the tracker which I limit to 1500 calories most of which I try to eat as much protein and I can cut down on cards where possible so instead of a decent portion of rice I will have a small bit of rice but load up on the vegetables…

Tough 1st week got Covid but not let it stop me weights every day and eating healthy every day. Must say I feel better for it. Weigh in Sunday my pledge tomorrow is a run/ cycle to hit 350 calories.
