Thank you! The main thing I have changed is introducing discipline. I now record my meals on the tracker which I limit to 1500 calories most of which I try to eat as much protein and I can cut down on cards where possible so instead of a decent portion of rice I will have a small bit of rice but load up on the vegetables…

Weigh in gharvey2753 Previous 165.2 IBS Current 167.6 IBS Have walked a lot the last couple of days over 20,000 steps and 17,000 steps. Been eating and drinking a lot though so contributing to gain. Finding it difficult to eat healthy in lockdown and not drink.

Weigh in 23/02 gharvey2753 Previous: 165.8 ibs Current: 169.4 ibs Had a night out. Only 1 bad day really but would not have expected a 4ibs increase, thought it would have been the same or up 1 ib. Strange.

Week 3 weigh in gharvey2753 Previous: 165.2 ibs Current 165.8 ibs Struggled a bit with cravings this week but battled through. Overall calories out was about 7,000 more than calories in so expected so be down 2ibs but even though the scales say I’m not I feel I am so could be water weight. Have a good week everyone!

UTMom81 Thanks for your comments, MFP helps with all the support loving this group. I have just stuck to 1,500 cals in average at 1,300 last week and burn out was about 2,600-3,000 per day so going for 2-3 ibs a week. That’s 10 the last two weeks now so don’t mind seeing some consolidation for a week before going down…
