Are you looking for an excuse to come off your bulk? Not being an *kitten*, asking becuase there are plenty of excercises that can be done at home with body weight, or a couple dumbells, that will get you by for a couple weeks if worse come to worse. If your ready to come off your bulk, do it, don't search for a reason. If…

Put in the work, it's good to have it documented so you can look back and see what does and doesn't work for you.

I herniated my l5 about 8 years ago. It left me with some permanent nerve damage that causes numbness on the front of my leg, but no strength loss. It took about a month or 2 before i could start easing back into the gym, and about 4 to 6 months before I was back to my old lifts again. Legs took the longest because i…

Some one disagreed with my post also. While they may disagree, the OP said he has fat to lose. Your not going to do that thru exercise. That is done with diet. So, I reiterate, you can train abs all you want, if your diet isn't on point, you will not get the six pack you desire. I couldn’t tell you the number of times…

You can train abs all you want. If your goal is to have a six pack, that's done with diet. Nothing else.

-it's not done in the gym. -pay attention to trends, not fluctuations.

Yep, getting ready for a contest.

I would love to know who disagreed with my statement. Do some research.

If you can reach your protein goal thru foods, no.

I'd me more concerned with carbs and cardio than cholesterol intake. There's been studies showing dietary cholesterol intake affects serum levels very little. I had very high triglycerides and LDL levels. As well as, low HDL numbers. Was sput on statins a couple of times, which did very little. It wasn't untill i stared a…

Creatine can become dangerous if you have kidney problems or dont drink adequate amounts of water while on it.

If you're seeing noticeable changes, you're losing fat. Don't get to hung up on the scale. Your weight fluctuates all the time. Try taking it at the same time, preferably as soon as you wake up before you eat or drink anything, but after you do your morning business. This is about as accurate as you can get.

I do a combo of both. I enter my info in the evening. My diet is very structured and i know what my last 2 meals will be. So, the first 4 meals are typically entered after I already have eaten them. The last 2 are entered prior. No real reason, other then timing.

Have a read: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6415027/ As far as late night carbs, I should have been more specific. There may not be a problem with complex carbs later in the day when trying to lose weight. Problem is nobody really knows for sure, there's a lot of opinions, but not enough research has been…

If you find yourself putting weight back on again, make a list of why you don't want to weigh that much and take pics. A lot of people get complacent after they reached their goal weight, and start letting go of the discipline that got them there. The list and pictures will serve as a motivator. For me, I enjoy the fact…

No tracker is a hundred percent. It can't be, it doesn't know your body composition, or true fitness level. I'd start by making sure the portions you are entering are what you're actually eating. A food scale is a must if you're just starting out. 2nd, what type of exercises are you doing? Could it be you're gaining muscle…
