Thanks for all the responses. Im drinking plenty of water. I took some ibuprofen yesterday and that seemed to help my foot.

Down to 265 today. I've just now switched from lightly active to sedentary in my goals. Joined the gym Friday. Going to search for workouts. Planning to go before work in the mornings.

Hey, caved in yesterday and drank. Not drinking today. Still eating a lot.

I've reduced my buspirone to see if that will help. I don't like the way it makes me feel.

Well, I'm over my maintenance. Evidently not hard to do on Thanksgiving. Back to the dieting tomorrow.

Maybe I should put it back to around 2000 calories, that's 1.5 pounds a week.

You have to add the calories of all the ingredients together and divide by how many servings you want there to be.

Walking should be fine as long as you don't have any restrictions.

I ended up eating again and being 250 over for the day. I had an egg sandwich with cheese on keto bread.

I went for a walk and burned 243 calories. So, I burned most of the overage off. If I get hungry, I'll eat. :)

I've been drinking protein shakes to help get my protein.Im impatient...guess I'm gonna have to learn patience.A small deficit is good. I like to eat.

I didn't go as far over my calories budget today and was below maintenance. :)

The first time I lost weight it lowered my blood pressure, of course I had lost 75 pounds going from 225 to 150.

It wouldn't hurt for me to buy a blood pressure monitor to keep an eye on it. I used to have to take blood pressure medicine

I'm on antipsychotics too...and I binge on the weekends.

Hey, I'm checking in. I found out it helps to have a light snack each break time. I've fallen off the wagon on my lifestyle change. I need to get back on.
