You have to add the calories of all the ingredients together and divide by how many servings you want there to be.

A serving is something you define. As much as fits your calories while giving you sufficient other nutrition and a feeling of being full. Keep in mind that most nuts come in at close to 600 cal per 100gr

Is this a mix you're making? Or a mix someone offered you? If the second just pick a commercial mix that sounds close enough

If you're putting it together, weight each individual ingredient and the total mix. Then figure out the total calories and total weight and chop it up in as many portions as you want.

Personally I don't define portions, I just weight what I eat. So my portions would be 1g or 10g increments. For less calorie dense foods I might use 50g or 100g portions. But 1g or 10g can cover most situations

Trail mix tends to be really high in calories, thanks to the nuts and dried fruit. Actual numbers will depend on what ingredients you use, since there are a lot of different recipes. Weigh out the ingredients before you put them in the bowl, add up the calories, then divide the batch into appropriate servings in small bags.

Just for comparison- this storebought trail mix I like is 170calories and its only 1.2oz/ 34g
Show restraint- trail mix is very calorie dense. I recommend avoiding mixes with M&Ms or dried tropical fruit chunks. That stuff is very high in sugar/concentrated fructose
