I think as the host it is your obligation to ensure that you have more than AMPLE amounts of food, the concern should be what to do with all of the extra's!

to truly appreciate the finer things in life, you must first realize that the finer things are essentially the little things we take for granted every single day. (For instance, where I am currently deployed we "Shower" with water that is unsafe for ingestion)

Wondering what that meat was the chow hall just gave us.......?

The question in its purest form... is the risk worth the reward? In the end it's not the number of shots attempted, the only limit is the shot clock. Shoot away friends.

I absolutely do cheat meals, if I completely remove something I enjoy, it's not worth it. I allow my self a day (Sunday) where I can enjoy a favorite food and snack. If your target rep range is...8-10 and you are getting that with good form, increase weight, if you are getting it with poor form, recruiting other muscles, or not getting…

I agree with a few of the posters above, the goal shouldn't be what the scale says but how you feel, how you see yourself, and your body composition. I know several people who weigh absolutely the same but some will have a bodyfat % of 25 + and the other at 14%... same weight VERY different look.
