We're known to push and crash. I am starting at ground zero and very slowly increasing my goal levels. Mayo teaches us to take very frequent breaks and change activity types often.

I started a SMART goals notebook. Goals set are beatable on an off day. As a goal is met, I gradually make it a little more challenging but still beatable.

I'm 53 and willing to share.

I use an Omnipod system to manage my insulin, and Dexcom system to monitor my BG. I am on Jardiance, Metformin, and Ozempic. My new endrocrinologist said I needed to decrease my use of insulin and doubled my metformin. More insulin usage can cause weight gain.

I am willing to be in your tribe. The Mayo Clinic PRC taught that we tend to push and crash. I have started a SMART goals note book where I begin with goals that I know I can beat and gradually increase challenge.

I am using a combination of intermittent fasting, and low carb mainly. One endocrinologist told me that intermittent fasting is scientifically proven to aid weight loss.
