Health & Wellness over 50 in 2020

Looking for new friends over 50 that we can share new ideas and eating habits to help us on this journey. I find that when you hit those 40's and 50 club the journey changes a little. I cannot eat like I am 20 anymore and find I cannot do the same exercises I used too. So just hoping to find some cool friends that we can share suggestions, recipes, exercises, ideas on what worked for you on keeping your blood pressure, etc in healthy ranges. I find that small changes can equal big results. Let's do this!

I won't be 50, but over 40! Life is different and I value my rest and routine more. You can do a lot, just look at Ernestine Shepard. She's over 80, runs, and lifts weights!3

At 50 I was in my best shape. Nutrition, exercise, sleep was all in check. Then...life. Goal is to get back there by June 2020. Starting strength training, hired a trainer, will add some yoga and Pilates, more stretching and foam rolling and a little detail like less Shake Shack milkshakes (why did you have to open across the street!!!!). 😡5
