Day 6!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today will be day 6 without binge eating.

I am excited because I've always made it 5 days or crapped out on the 5th day. But today is day 6, a lifelong record for healthy eating.

I am so freaking proud of myself.

    How much weight do you have to lose total and what is your weekly weight loss goal set to? I ask so you can check to see if your current goal is too aggressive, as under-eating can lead to over-eating.

  • I’m not sure but 150-200 pounds.

    Because of my PTSD we are taking it slow at 1 pound per week. I want to lose weight but I am also scared to lose weight.
