I’m using the “The fast 800 recipe book “ you can eat the 800 calories a day for up to 4 weeks then do the 5 2 diet.

I’ve been trying to keep to around 800 calories and done it for two weeks. I’ve lost weight but it’s now just stopped. Not sure what to do to make my body start losing the weight again!
