How to lose 1st 8lb as quick as possible!!

Hi everyone can you tell me the quickest way to lose 1st 8lb as soon as possible please! I’m weighing in at 13st 8lb at the moment so very over weight 😐😐

Don't focus on losing weight as quickly as possible. Focus on losing it in a safe and healthy way.
Why do you need to lose 8 lbs quickly?
Have you entered your information into MFP to calculate your calorie goals?0 -
Cut off a limb...
But in all seriousness, safe weight loss for the amount of weight you have to lose is going to be at a rate of about .5 - 1 Lb per week at the most.2 -

I’ve been trying to keep to around 800 calories and done it for two weeks. I’ve lost weight but it’s now just stopped. Not sure what to do to make my body start losing the weight again!1 -

Stop expecting to lose weight every week, or every day, or every hour (since you've been doing this for two weeks and have lost some weight, the "just stopped" period is clearly too short to be a matter of concern.
Also, eat more. 800 calories is too little unless you are doing it under a doctor's care.4 -

I’m using the “The fast 800 recipe book “ you can eat the 800 calories a day for up to 4 weeks then do the 5 2 diet.1 -
Eating only 800 calories a day is really unhealthy, and might be the reason that you aren't seeing results.

How long did it take you to gain your first st and 8 lb? At least the same time to lose it again, possibly a little bit longer.2

Losing weight fast can get you into a lot of trouble--hair loss, muscle loss, fatigue, dizziness, visits to the emergency room...the list goes on. If you don't believe me look up some of the threads on fast weight loss. Some are real horror stories. So, what's an impatient person to do? Throw your stats into MFP and get your daily calorie goal. Get a digital food scale and start weighing and measuring everything you eat and drink. Stay within your goal everyday and be patient and persistent. That way you'll reach your goal and have a chance of maintaining that goal weight. Good luck and stay healthy.6
