If you’re exercising, I definitely recommend measuring yourself rather than weighing yourself because you can retain more water weight and or beginning muscle, which can make the scale not want to move in your favor and remember it’s not all about the number on the scale it’s about how you feel

Men don’t eat at a deficit of 1200 calories and the thirsty is a joke because it means they’re thirsty for women. So it was a joke with me looking for more woman based support to build each other up. I appreciate the male support too but women need to build each other up.

I agree your calories for your weight is too low. The bigger you are your metabolism is actually high so you can up it a little bit. Not to be that person, but as somebody who has dealt with this, I’ve learned that a lot of the irritation comes from my choice to be annoyed by it I’ve noticed it’s actually pretty easy to ignore and kind of use it as white noise if I look at it that way

I log my workout calories but I only eat back up to half of them if I feel I need to. If you feel hungry or low energy eat a healthy snack like banana. But it also helps me feel better if I log them in a day I do want to indulge and I eat them all back haha
