Update for everyone, looks like there date was pretty much spot on as I ordered today (1 day earlier than expected). Hopefully it ships quickly.

I actually had a T101 (traded it to brother-in-law a while back). Still in good working order, probably around 10 years old with usage several times a week. Only real complaint was it was hard to do HIT runs as speed changes where slow.

Really want to get below 200lbs, have kind of stalled out the last couple weeks.
-
Thanks, I'll check them out

I have very little history. I borrowed a rowing machine and used it about 6 times before it crapped out. Watched a couple videos on it and was really just trying to take things slow and focus on my form.

I get weekly updates, as of right now they are telling me I should be able to order before the middle of march.

Ran 5 miles yesterday in just over 45 minutes.

Well, I just made it from "obese" to "overweight". Next goal is to get under 200lbs (that will be 100lbs down from my highest weight). 8.2 lbs to go!

New personal best on the treadmill, 4.25 miles in 40 minutes
-
I was half a pound away last week, then put on a bit over the weekend, hoping to get there this week.
-
It did take me a long time to learn the difference between "not full" and "hungry". I could always eat more, that doesn't necessarily mean I'm hungry.
-
Thanks, approaching almost 100lbs down from my highest and almost not "obese" (at least according to BMI).

I like to drink water or chew gum. I'm a snacker, so I don't really ever eat a big meal, just little bits throughout the day and that seems to help me. My dad also used to use a trick when he quit smoking. He'd tell himself he could smoke after a certain amount of time or activity (like I can smoke after my next meeting).…

Feel free to add me as well.

I'd love more friends, feel free to add me.

Current streak is 38. Been close to a year before. Hoping to make it a year this year and finally hit my goal weight.
-
Thanks for all the feedback. I think my biggest question is still about "lifting" in 5 minute chunks. Is that effective or do I need to find more time to dedicate to these types of exercises?
-
Can I change my answer?
-
Yes, they are stackable up to 150lbs.
-
Thanks, I'll check it out. I've got the peloton digital app, think I might check out some of those strength routines too.

Just found this one from Dr. Seuss "I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I’ve bought a big bat. I’m all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!"

Wait, how did you know... Oh you mean the bets.

I'd like my first tattoo. Don't want to be afraid to take my shirt off to show it.
-
Feel free to add me. I've been on this app for a long time (mostly successfully). Looking to finally hit my goal weight.
-
I've always found that weight loss kicks in for me in week 2, but everyone is different. Keep at it and I'm sure you'll see results.
-
Thanks for the input. That might explain my recent increase in push up quantity  . Long term I'd like to invest in some weights, just looking to get started for now.

I need a new suit

I did a bunch two years ago and was up big, then lost a few last year, so ended up about even. Hoping to get back on the plus side this year. I can still do the transformers, but the ones I'm in now have me getting to under 200lbs. I haven't been under 200lbs since before high school so that should be interesting.
