For me personally to have breakfast is a must for a few reasons. 1st, I train mornings and I'm very hungry right after a workout so must have some food. 2nd, my last meal is at 8pm, so at 6am (when I stand up) I'm hungry because of this too. 3rd, my blood pressure is extremly low and food is the easiest way to make it…

Hard boiled eggs (easy to fix&transport), celery stalks, bell pepper, walnuts, blueberries, figs... And dark chocolate of course :)

Life shows that all that is happening happens for a reason and everything will be alright after a while. Food is not the answer. At least it should not be. I know, it's hard to do but if you replace you stress food…

Start with ONE new habit in a week. The best (imho) is 10 minutes of aerobic in the morning (not muxh but everyday) or alternating douche. Notice all you're eating, it's preparation for the next step. After that it's time to change your eating habits (e.g. no cheat meals or more veggies). All you have to remember is do not…

One of my favs is 1/2 of flour tortilla with feta, scrambled egg and some added veggies like bell pepper or tomatoes. Nuts are a good choise too but you should control the fat intake eating it.

Agreed! Dieting (especially "eat-only-carrot-per-3-days-and-lose-all-you-have-gained-for-3-years") is for a short time. To get strong, healthy and proud of yourself you need to change your lifestyle. If you don't like gym - find something else! If you like desserts - don't prohibit it! If you don't like what you're doing…
