Favourite foods/meals to help reach your goal?

Hey there! I'm new to MFP and I'm doing alright. I love being accountable for what I eat because it's already stopped me from munching while I'm bored or while I'm studying. I was just wondering if anyone had any type of food that has been great for them to reach their goal. I'm only a few days in and while it isn't too bad now I have a feeling I'm going to get bored of the types of foods I'm eating at the moment (apples, peaches, veggie subs etc.). What are your guys' favourite meal foods or snack foods? I'd love to try anything new! Thanks in advance.

I've just tried spaghetti squash for the first time and it's excellent! Really filling for so few calories!
Otherwise the receipes on here are great. There are some lovely looking orange and poppyseed (toothbrush at the ready) muffins that I'm going to make tomorrow.
Best of luck.0 -
94% fat free popcorn saved me big time. I also always have fruit and veggies on hand to snack on. Turkey tacos on lettuce are my go to when I don't have many calories left but am really hungry.0

I eat an egg white omelet almost every morning for breakfast. I use liquid egg whites with peppers, onions, and cheese. You can put whatever you like in it. For lunch/dinner I do a lot of wraps or pita pockets filled with lunch meat, egg salad, tuna salad, or grilled chicken with some spinach and cheese. My meals are pretty simple since I'm not much of a cook. You can look at my diary for other things.0

My favorite meal would have to be a spicy chicken sandwich with bleu cheese. I saute red onion and drizzle hot sauce onto 4 oz of chicken while cooking. Melt the reduced fat blue cheese on the chicken and put it all in a pita pocket w/ lettuce and tomato....mmmm. I believe it's around 300 calories.0

One of my favs is 1/2 of flour tortilla with feta, scrambled egg and some added veggies like bell pepper or tomatoes. Nuts are a good choise too but you should control the fat intake eating it.0

crisp bacon (ready to eat) from M&s or sainsburys. odd choice i know, but hear me out:
1.) its not too big in terms of quantity so wont make you full.
2. its so full of savoury flavour that its immensely satusfying
3. no carbs, some fat, lot of protein
4. for some reason only one packet makes me feel like i dont want to eat any more that day.0
