I stepped on the scale on Friday morning only to have our batteries die and had to go to the store to get some more and it’s certainly been a busy weekend lol.   • Weigh-In Day: Friday 8/25/23 PW: 190.4 CW: 190.4 Did good this week maintaining especially considering our A/C went out, stayed at a hotel, and ate out a little bit too much. Next Monday I start my new job helping out at our local Sheriff's Office until training starts in October. Wish me luck!

  • I have thrown away a lot of chips which are something I tend to snack on a lot but we've been eating out quite a bit and of course those meals are usually 1,000+ calories per meal. :( The struggle is real. I'm not much of a cook so I feel kind of stuck right now.
