Haven't smoked weed in a week. Longest I've gone in 12 years. Trying CBD tonight to help with sleep. Last night I slept on and off for 6 hours which is the most I've gotten all week. I'm still so tired and fatigue. Went for a run this morning and I'm exhausted. Blah. My next 5km race is Saturday. Just want this to be over with.

Have you ever tried melatonin for sleep. I swear by it. Great job sticking with giving up weed.

You mentioned last week you are in maintenance. I need a maintenance range weight so I can get you moved to the proper part of the spreadsheet. Most people do 5 to 10 pounds around their centre weight.

    Steps: 4,585
    Log food: ✔️
    Exercise: 0/4

Just finishing my coffee and then off to the pool. I didn’t exercise yesterday but was aware of moving so I got at least 4200 steps to hit 2.9km for the day for my Apple badge for July. I have 4 days done and need 10 more.

To my Canadian teammates, enjoy the civic holiday.

May I be excused for the month of August?
Things haven't been going so well and I feel a break would be best. I have informed Megan that I am taking a break from steps as well.

What is Beat Saber? It sounds interesting! 😊

Sorry for the late response! It is a game in VR (virtual reality) where you basically dance to music and smash boxes to the beats. It's extremely fun! You feel awesome and you're exercising at the same time. Hardly feels like a work out. I actually did some last night and it has definitely made me want to do it on a consistent basis again.

Weight loss is at a snails pace, but I'm pretty sure I'm building muscle. Many Steps and paddling a kayak all day is adding up.

Hang in there. With that kind of activity you must be.

I said my goal this month was to do laps for a full hour. I think that was ambitious. I did 30 minutes of laps yesterday plus water exercises. I will keep building up my lap time but I am resetting the goal to 45 minutes of laps. I am trying not to have too many rests while doing the laps.

    Have a great day!
