To clarify, I get to eat those calories back because MFP already builds in a deficit depending on how much weight I want to lose, correct? Sorry if I’m asking too many questions. I’m trying to make sure that I understand everything lol.

Basically, that would mean whatever I do normally besides the exercise? So if I spend most of the day sitting at a desk I would be sedentary?
