  • Me too! Fight with husbend last night and then ate everything! First time in two months. But I woke up this morning and made myself a healthy breakfast and getting ready to go on a walk. Still mad as hell at him but I can only control my actions.
  • Yeah icecream is my vice but I do have to say there is a soft spot in my heart for potato chips and french frys.....I have not found any that fit in my calorie budget though so I just have to say no.
  • This is the most amazing low cal ice cream! I have tried pretty much everything on the market and this stuff takes the cake. If you are looking for a special treat I highly recommend this.. ..caution I ate the whole pint, only 330 cals so dont feel that bad about it! 😁
  • Ugh!!! Rough week so far and have not gotten a work out in yet. My job is physical so getting my steps in and lift heavy things but still real need to work something in tommorrow.   • @gela130 I have found it easier to track this time around. Just made a commitment to myself to track everything with the understanding that it is just food and it is all ok. By logging my food before I eat helps keep me on track. Makes it easier for me to say no to anything that would put me over before I eat it.
