I don't mind to gain weight as long as it's healthy muscle gain. I'm just worried that i seem to be gaining fat, which i feel i am, judging from my growing love handles. Maybe i need more help on how i can gain muscle weight while keeping fat in control. I guess making sure i get enough protein is one way to help muscles…

Im 156cm. I was 45kg. Now 46kg. (For most of my adult life, i was 41kg) I don't track my calorie intake. I tend to be small eater.

My goal is to lose the love handles, n reduce fat percentage. I don't care how much I weigh because i don't mind it if i gained muscle weight. I think fat percentage 21-24% would be healthy n fit that i would like to get to. I have gained weight according to the weighing scale. I think i have probably gained both muscles…

Yes, I suspect digestion may be part of the problem. Some days my tummy feel more like a ball than other days. Ok... So focus is core strength , muscle building....

No. I have no intention to lose weight. Just lose fat. N hopefully gain muscle mass. Ive been skinny all my life, ever since i was a tiny child. No intention to go back there!

Im surprised u can see because i already tried to stand straight. I do have this issue. It does makes my belly look a lot worse. Would u be able to advise any exercises that can help correct my posture?

I never said anything about losing weight in my post. Read my heading ,it says "SKINNY". In fact, i have been working on gaining weight all these years. Im happy about the weight gained! What i am saying : "losing fat", "losing belly". I actually want to continue to gain weight. The right way.

Maybe its age. Or maybe im too successful at my attempt to gain weight....n i gained the wrong kind of weight maybe? I was 37-39kg in 2015. (I was really really skinny) Then 43 kg in 2016 Today im 45.5-46 kg. Im taking milk kefir for probiotics.... Thanks for the suggestions on digestive enzymes.. perhaps i should try that.

My Height is 156cm My Weight 45kg My BMI is 18.5. (almost underweight) My age 43 yr. I have just retaken my measurements, and it's 68cm/72cm . so my WHR is 0.94. way above the healthy ratio of 0.8.
